Beginner Body-Weight Workout For Home - No Gym Equipment Needed

Stuck at home waiting out the coronavirus but needing to exercise? Try this at-home routine. This Beginner Bodyweight Workout goes as follows:

💪 Bodyweight squats: 20 reps

💪 Push-ups: 10 reps

💪 Walking lunges: 10 each leg

💪 Dumbbell rows (using a gallon milk jug or another weight): 10 each arm

💪 Plank: 15 seconds

💪 Jumping Jacks: 30 reps

The design of this workout is called “circuit training” meaning the objective is to run through the workout sequence once, then again, then again. Complete this workout 3 times if you’re able or start with one time through and work your way up.

For some of you, this may not seem like a difficult workout but I assure you this full body routine will have you good and tired if you move from one exercise to another with only short breaks in between.

Remember- it’s important you continue to eat right and exercise regularly to keep your immune system in tip-top shape. Surely we all have 15 minutes daily to do this, right?😉
