America Shutting Down To Prevent The Spread Of Covid-19 | What Should You Do?

Well friends, here we are. I thought this day was probably coming but with every news release my fears are being confirmed. America is shutting down.
The highly contagious nature of the coronavirus has caused the world to take unprecedented measures to control the spread of the virus. And while COVID-19 may seem like nothing more than a typical cold for many healthy people, those with an underlying chronic illness and the elderly are at heightened risk of serious consequences or even death if exposed to this virus.
Over the weekend I noticed several restaurants and bars near me were crowded and seemingly unaffected by the CDCβs recommendation to exercise social distancing. As a result, many states are closing bars and restaurants to stem the spread of COVID-19.
Additionally, many businesses have already made the decision to close offices and have employees work from home. This trend will become widespread over the next several days. I wouldnβt be at all surprised if the President, by recommendation of the CDC, announces the shutdown of all non-essential businesses nationwide.

Please, for the sake of those most vulnerable to the coronavirus, stay home as much as possible until the CDC says itβs ok to resume normal activities. In order to control this pandemic, it takes an effort from ALL OF US to avoid public places. Remember, you may be a carrier of this virus and feel completely fine yet youβre potentially spreading the virus to every public door handle, railing or table you touch. When you must be out in public, please be vigilant to NOT touch people and objects for your safety and the safety of others.
REMEMBER TO WASH YOUR HANDS OFTEN FOR AT LEAST 20 SECONDS AND AVOID TOUCHING YOUR FACE WITHOUT FIRST WASHING YOUR HANDS. IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, CARRY HAND SANITIZER WITH YOU WHEN IN PUBLIC PLACES.

Most gyms and fitness centers are closed or will be closing soon to avoid the spread of COVID-19. For those of us in northern climates, it may be difficult to get outside for walks or runs. Creative ways of exercising at home are necessary to maintain physical fitness and maintain immune function.
Iβve posted a link below with exercises you can do at home with limited or no equipment or weights.

For those of you able to get outside for exercise, please continue to observe the CDC guidelines and maintain a 6 foot perimeter between you and those you encounter.

With many states already closing restaurants and bars for dine-in service, we are all going to be eating at home much more than weβre accustomed to. Please do your best to eat lots of fruits, vegetables and lean proteins for your overall health and immune system. I will be posting several easy and healthy recipes over the next month (at least) to help ensure youβre providing balanced and nutritional meals for you and family. Avoid processed foods as much as possible! Junk food and heavily processed foods are generally bad for your health and your waistline. If physical fitness is important to you, now, more than ever, it is critical you feed your body clean, wholesome foods. Harvard Medical studies have shown that a diet high in fruits and vegetables can keep your immune system functioning at peak performance.
Grocery stores and distributors have asked the public to please not hoard cleaning products, toilet paper and paper towels. Grocery stores will remain open throughout this crisis so thereβs no need to stockpile supplies.

The CDC says 90% of Americans are not getting enough fruits and vegetables in our diet. Given the fact that the polyphenols found in fruits and vegetables are proven to help ward off illness and disease, now is the time to do your absolute best to feed you body a diet rich in vitamins, fruits & vegetables and probiotics.
A daily multivitamin, probiotic rich foods or supplements, and 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily will boost your overall health and immune system.
If getting all these nutrients in foods alone seems difficult, please use π π’π₯π π§πππ‘ ππ₯πππ‘π¦ to help fill the void. We are offering 15% off our already discounted price to help get our product in the hands of as many people as possible during this difficult time.
