After weighing your pet, your vet tells you your furry creature is dangerously overweight.
What do you do?

Why then do we tend to overcomplicate weight loss when it’s our own? We jump on fad diets, starvation diets, detox diets, liquid diets, etc.

It’s that simple!! Don’t try to reinvent the wheel and become a sucker for some ad promising weight loss by employing a radical weight loss diet.
Losing weight SUCCESSFULLY and SUSTAINABLY means retooling your daily consumption to EAT LESS and BETTER.
Let me fill you in on a little weight loss secret I’ve personally had phenomenal success with during the past 5 years.
OVERNIGHT OATS FOR BREAKFAST
Yep, that’s my secret. 5 years ago I replaced my morning bagel with cream cheese and Starbucks Frappuccino with a heart-healthy mason jar of Overnight Oats and coffee (with a splash of cream).
Why does this work?
1) it’s healthy
2) there’s no added sugar
3) it’s full of fiber (which makes you feel full!)
By starting your day with a healthy fiber-rich breakfast instead of refined carbohydrates, you won’t go through that typical carb crash later in the morning which provokes you to eat more crappy foods at lunchtime. Don’t get me wrong, I love carbs. But when you start your day with starchy, sugary garbage, it will lead to more starchy crap for lunch. And then you’ll crave starchy or sugary snacks during the afternoon as well. It’s a vicious cycle!
Why do you think bagel shops, donut shops, and coffee shops are so crowded every day? It’s because they’re selling consumers legalized heroin known as carbohydrates (sugar).
START YOUR DAY HEALTHY! You’ll find you’ll start making better choices at lunch too.
